By accessing and using PrepBasketball.net ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Enhanced Player Profiles

Enhanced Player Profiles are premium subscription services that provide additional visibility and features for high school basketball players.

• Enhanced profiles are available for an annual subscription fee
• Pricing: $50/year through December 31, 2025, then $100/year thereafter
• Subscriptions are valid for 365 days from activation
• A 14-day grace period is provided after expiration
• All enhanced profile purchases require admin approval before activation
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew and must be manually renewed

3. User Accounts and Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Coach Verification

College coaches and recruiters must request verification to access player contact information. We reserve the right to approve or deny verification requests at our sole discretion.

5. Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate player rankings, statistics, and information, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. Rankings and evaluations are subjective opinions.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Service
• Scrape, copy, or duplicate content without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on PrepBasketball.net are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information.

9. Limitation of Liability

PrepBasketball.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
